iPhone Can't stop video recording iOS 7.0.4 JB

Hey guys, quick question (very hard to google an answer) - I haven't been able to record video on my iphone 5, that is, it records, but when I press to stop the video recording - nothing happens. It keeps recording until I quit the camera app, and then the video wasn't recorded at all anyway...It's been like this for a few weeks, and so far I dunno which tweak/what created this error..Anybody got a suggestion?

Getting rid of localiapstore and any cracked tweaks would be a start.

Delete one by one until it's fixed.

Those didn't cause the problem unfortunately..I guess I'll have to try uninstalling different tweaks. I can't update apps either btw. apps just open when I click update in the App Store, and Update All is un clickable
