Can't sync after JB

I recently jb'd 3.1.2 with pwnage, but now I can't sync. The phone shows up in iphoto and in the finder, but not in itunes. Previously, I had been using 3.0 jb for several months with no problems
Tried searching the forums, but no luck. Any advice?

Try restarting your computer or itunes.
Update or reinstall your itunes program.

tried that, didn't work.
after the restart, i still can see all my pics in iphoto, but it no longer shows up in the finder. wondering if i should just use spirit to upgrade to 3.1.3 - only thing is i just got my winterboard and settings how i like them

See if it comes up and works on another computers itunes.
I dont think its an issue with your JB iphone but maybe with your computer.

you're right, it's the computer. the phone shows up in my windows netbook. should i upgrade to itunes 9.2? I hadn't done that b/c I was thinking about using spirit to change over to 3.1.3 if nothing comes out for 4.0 soon.

my macbook is running itunes 9.1 and it won't recognize the phone, but my netbook running 8.x does? weird

I hear you.
Sometimes with tech it doesnt make sense why some software work with some setups and not with others.
Apple is also strict with keeping everything updated in order to run smoothly.
