Can't Sync Photos Stored on External Hard Drive

😕 My mini drive was just about full so I moved my iPhoto library to an external hard drive. Now I can't send any pictures to my iPhone. I've tried to point iTunes to the external drive from the "Sync Photos From" drop down box but the iPhoto file is grayed out?

Any suggestions?
