my friend bought iphone xs max, and asked me to move songs in his phone, i used my macbook and itunes then transfered the songs in his phone by selecting Manage Music and Videos manually + Sync over wifi**. it was working great, after few days he connected his phone with his macbook and his itunes, he asked me what i did to transfer the music and i told him to select the option Manually Manage Music and Videos, he selected that option as well as syn over wifi also, after he press done his all songs disappeared, now he is trying to move songs and ringtones with Manage Music and Videos manually and without it also (syncing) nothing is happening, Whats will be the issue? please help me
