Can't transfer purchased music from iPhone to Max

So last night I bought a song with my new iPhone and today when I went to sync it to my MacBook it didn't transfer over into the main music library. It worked before on my old iPod touch. Note this is the first song I bought on the phone. Any ideas?

*I meant Mac in the title 😉
