iPhone Can't turn off apps for mobile data

After jailbreaking my phone, all the apps that I set off to use Mobile Data were turned back on and I can't turn them off again as they become on when I turn off Mobile Data...

Anyone else facing this issue and knows a fix? Thanks in advance.
