cant turn off location service

ios 6 did a restore today, restriction is not enable, however on and off is grey out can not disable location service. Anyone has same issue?

That's odd. Can you post a screen shot of the grayed out icons?

yeah, its weird. did not set restriction.

Have you tried restarting the phone? Or maybe do another restore.

fixed the problem by resetting all settings. Thanks!
