Can't turn on iCloud backup?

iPhone 6s hasn't backed up since 9/22. Now when I go into iCloud settings backup is greyed out and I can not turn it on. Any ideas? Restrictions are off.

All other icloud stuff like photo library and so on seem to be working perfectly.

You are in Power Saving mode.

May have to log out of iCloud reboot then log back in.

Actually that's not the issue. It won't even let you turn backup on in the first place. Hence the picture.

Yes, and that page has a few examples that could cause that.. Like, not being on wifi, or not having enough space.
Sorry if those aren't the things and you haven't found a solution yet.

Yellow battery indicator means it is in Low Power Saving mode. Go to Settings: Battery: Low Power Mode
