Can't turn on iCloud Music Library in iTunes

I'm having a problem with using iCloud Music Library in iTunes on my Macs. In Preferences, I check "iCloud Music Library" and press "OK", but when I re-open Preferences, "iCloud Music Library" remains unchecked.

I'm having this issue both on my MacBook Pro (iTunes 12.3.3) and MacBook Air (iTunes 12.3.2), which makes me think that the problem is with the service, not the software.

Any suggestion? Thanks
