Ever since I've updated my phone to iOS 17.1.2, I can't use my phone to unlock Advanced Data Protection on iCloud.com anymore.

When I go to access data on iCloud.com, I do get the pop up prompt on my phone and press Allow Access, but on iCloud.com it eventually times out and says "Your device hasn’t given access to display your files and documents. Check that it is on and connected to the internet."

Anyone else been having issues with this and/or know any fixes or workarounds to get it working again?

I'm confused. If you turn Advanced Data Protection on from one device, it's on everywhere. I sense that you think it's different on the phone and iCloud.com.

Same issue here. Haven't found a workaround.

!!! NEW UPDATE INFO FOR EVERYONE !!! (07. DECEMBER 2023): I HAVE HAD A 3 HOURS LASTING CALL WITH SCREEN SHARE AND LOGS UPLOAD AND ANALYSIS WITH APPLE SUPPORT: WHAT THEY TOLD ME AT THE END: I HAVE FOUND THIS ISSUE IS BEING REPORTED MORE AND MORE AND APPLE IS BEGINNING TO BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE AS FOR THE IOS UPDATE FROM LAST WEEK: I HAVE ASKED APPLE SUPPORT TO ESCALATE MY CASE HIGHER AS I CANNOT ACCESS ANY OF MY ADP PROTECTED DATA ON ICLOUD.COM AFTER SUBMITTING ´´ALLOW ACCESS´´ ON MY TRUSTED APPLE DEVICES: THE PROBLEM IS THE DEVICE DOES HAVE THE DECRYPTION KEYS USABLE FOR TEMPORARY VIEWING OF DATA BUT THE DEVICE JUST DOES NOT RELEASE THEM AFTER SUMBITTING ALLOW ACCESS. I OFC REFUSED TO TURN OFF MY ADP OFF AS THE ISSUE IT IS NOT WORKING IS NOT ON MY SIDE AND APPLE NEEDS TO FIX THIS. UPDATE::: THE PROBLEM IS EXPECTED TO BE LOOKED AT BEFORE 12TH OF DECEMBER AND APPLE WILL DIRECTLY CONTACT ME WITH THE SOLUTION AND REASONS IF SHARABLE SO GUYS I WILL SHARE IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THIS WHEN I GET INFO!!! I PERSONALLY WILL NOT TURN MY ADP OFF AS FOR NOW AS I SEE NO REASON FOR THAT AS THE DATA IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY NOT FROM WEB BUT THE ISSUE IS NOW REPORTED AND I AM SURE IT WILL BE IN SHORT TIME PATCHED!!!

NO, THE ISSUE IS WITH APPLE TRUSTED DEVICES NOT RELEASING KEYS FOR TEMPORARY IN-TRANSIT DECRYPTION ON ICLOUD.COM FOR VIEWING DATA AFTER SUBMITTING SPECIAL POP-UP´´ALLOW ACCESS´´ ON TRUSTED DEVICES, THIS THREAD IS VALID, PROBLEM NOT YET SOLVED AT ALL AND THE ISSUE IS NOW REPORTED TO APPLE.

ADDING: THERE IS NO OTHER WORKAROUND NOW (YET) OTHER THAN TURNING ADP OFF: THE DEVICE JUST WILL NOT RELEASE THE DECRYPTION KEYS FOR ICLOUD. ITS A BUG WITH THE NEWEST IOS UPDATE.

I installed yesterday's iOS 17.2.1 update - this (or something else that happened last few days) seems to have fixed the issue for me. I can login to iCloud on the web again and my device is giving access.
