Can't update terms and Conditions

    On my iOS8 GM phone and on iTunes 12, I can't seem to update any of my apps after Apple recently changed their new terms and conditions policy this morning. Each time I select accept, the system just reverts and asks me to confirm again and again.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    Yep - reboot your iPhone. Fixed it for me.

    Also some apps want to update over and over again.

    Reboot didn't fix for me. I've heard signing out and back in works. Also, after like 20 tries it finally worked. Might have been an Apple server issue.

    Setting, Safari, Block Cookies, then always allow. Should fix the issue.

    It gave me a blank screen with "Accept" and "Decline". Hitting Accept on a blank T&C screen worked. Fine by me!

    Servers are getting hammered, its a web page essentially..keep trying!

    My device rebooted about 30 seconds after I hit "Agree"
    After I hit "Agree" a second time, it worked.
