Can't update to IOS 5 - errors, -54 and 3194... HELP!

Yaa.. I cannot update to IOS 5.
Everytime I try to restore it says error -54
THen everytime I try to update and when it's extracting software it throws up
AN UKNOWN ERROR OCURRED (3194) 😡 please help guys.

Try resetting The settings on your iPhone. I ran into so many issues installing the latest iTunes and iOS 5. The reset did the trick for me.
