Can't Upload ANYTHING on 10.6.2

everytime i try to upload anything it either errors out or looks like this.

iv tried Firefox safari iphoto imovie

i tryed updateing flash, it use to work then one day it just stoped.

Any ideas?

Woah, that is weird. Everything looks like this? Videos and all? I have no idea. I would take it to apple. Maybe try to use a different network. I really don't know what to recommend. Have you reinstalled and everything?
