i've been having a trouble uploading a video i made on my website. i created the video in AfterEffect, exported to .mov, then converted the file to .flv using http://media-convert.com. it was working fine before but i decided to make some revision on my video, so i did the same export to .mov, convert it to .flv. and i also used the same code(i just changed the filename on the code) but doesn't work and i've tried everything i can think of but can't figure out why.

it's funny that even if i take out the old(working).flv file out of the folder, it still works. please someone tell me what to do!!!

When you upload, make sure it's a binary upload. Sometimes in FTP software you defined what's binary based on the file extension, otherwise it defaults to ASCII plain text. Check your settings to ensure .flv is binary.

Other than that, there might be an issue with the conversion site you're using, but to be sure you'd need to convert mov -> flv using your own software and try the same on the site and compare success. As you noted you can load an "old" flv locally, out of the folder, it seems to be FTP related assuming no differences between new and old. I found your comments there a bit confusing, actually.
