Cant use app store... help plz!!!

so my app store wont let me download or update my apps.

recently, i bought 2 games. however, when i try to update or download new apps ever since i bought games, it asked me to verify my billing address

i verify it, and when i click done it freezes and nothing happens. help plz.
 
Make sure everything is correct on your billing section thru itunes on your computer. Address, exp dates of card etc....
Then try to download the apps and sync them.
