Can't use Microsoft Office 2008, Please Help

    I can't use Microsoft Office 2008 for some reason. Recently I updated my microsoft office home and student edition and now when I go to open word for example it goes straight to the office setup assistant and does not open word at all. This also occurs to all of the other office programes that came with the suite as well

    Has this thing happened to anyone else?

    Can anyone help me please?:confused:

    That problem occurs when you use a serial which is blacklisted.

    Unfortunately I cannot find much help on the restoration process, but you need to delete around two files and enter a GENUINE serial :rolleyes:
