Can't use the TouchBar on Sidecar

Is this a known issue? I use Sidecar quite a bit, but the Touch Bar never works on it. I tap it and nothing happens. If I use BetterTouchTool the custom Touch Bar doesn't register on it.

At the moment it's just taking up space.

I use my mac in clamshell mode at home, but have a lot of custom actions so it would be useful if I can get this working. Any ideas?

Is anyone else able to use the Touch Bar on their iPad when using Sidecar? Surely someone out there is using it?

Just tried the touchbar in sidecar with my 11" iPad Pro. It works fine. The touchbar has to be enabled in the sidecar preferences and it displays at the bottom of the iPad.

It is enabled and it is showing on my iPad, however, I cannot tap anything.

I used my Apple Pencil. Didn't try with my fingers.

I had the same issue in clamshell mode. Open the laptop lid and it will work. Not sure how to make it work in clamshell.
