Canuck in the US, no LTE 5s

Hey All,

I'm currently traveling in the US on business and I can't get LTE on my iPhone 5s. I have a unlocked iPhone and my Canadian Carrier is Bell.

I'm getting the impression that AT&T don't allow LTE for now At&T customers. Either that or Bell is limiting it.

Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.
