Are CAPDASE cases good in protection for IPhone 4 if it falls ? Please suggest

Also suggest if there any other better options which also looks good CAPDASE didn't look all that good.

link? not sure which one your talking about is it the soft case that has the red strip on the back and the hole for the logo?
