Capping off iPhone USB-C port?

Is there such a thing as a cap/plug/bung for slotting into an iPhones USB-C port?

I find the port soon clogs up with trouser pocket fluff and needs cleaning out to ensure a good cable connection. I mostly charge via MagSafe so would like to cap off the port to keep it clean.
