I had my whole bottom case and keyboard replaced today on my MBP as I was having keyboard issues. I took it home and it all seems to be working fine however the caps lock LED doesn't work. The key itself works fine, but the LED does not light up.

It is very annoying; I have tried resetting the SMC and PRAM which did not work. Is there anything else that can be done to get it working or will I need to take it back to Apple?

just use it as is...

If something doesn't work after a repair you get it fixed, you never know they could have done something crazy that will over time be the end of your machine.
Know it's a bit extreme but just saying.
