Caps Lock on the iPad

I've tried searching for this but can't seem to find anything. I do alot of typing on the iPad but cant seem to find a way to turn on caps lock. The standard iOS double tab the shift doesn't work. Anyone know how to do it?

It works the same (double tap) but you have to first enable caps lock, in
Settings > General > Keyboard
