Caps Lock problems anyone ?

lol my friend and i were just discussing this; he has last year's model and i've got the refreshed 2011 one.

on his mbp he has to press the capslock hard for it to turn on but on mine i tap it as i would any other capslock button on a laptop and it is immediately enabled.

i think this is ********, just Apple trying to cover their tracks for a badly designed capslock key which they've now fixed in the refresh. i certainly don't have any modification to the capslock function but maybe someone else with a 2011 can give their thoughts.
 
I don't see how this is a problem really. How often do you use Caps Lock that you cannot hold it for .5 of a second longer to turn it on?

I am happy that mine does this, typing too quickly I sometimes touch the caps lock and I am not looking at the screen.... only to find a paragraph later that I have been typing in all caps.
