Seems like a few people are having this issue. I read one review where it said it only worked on QuickTake videos—and that's my experience as well.
All my Camera settings are on, but no photos and only QuickTake videos (holding down the shutter when in "Photo" Mode) seem to work.
Screenshot shows the little "starred frame" symbol (screenshot) when it does work. When that's present, in Edit Mode, the Ellipses at the top right open an "Options" window that allows me to "Use Content Outside the Frame (screenshot).
It's obviously super buggy—because after I select it once, it won't allow me to do it on another photo—I have to restart. This is some seriously shoddy software for a public release—yes, maybe 13.1 will be an improvement, but...
Anyone have a solution?
