Carbon Copy Clone after El Capitan install

I installed El Capitan and have also updated to 10.11.1

On my first CCC since installing El Capitan I get the following screens after the successfully CCC.

Should I Update the Recovery HD?

Definitely let CCC update the Recovery HD so you will have an El Capitan Recovery on your clone.

If you want the Recovery HD to match the OS on the machine then yes you would upgrade it.
