Carbon Copy Cloner like software for Win

Looking for some recommendations for an automatic backup solution like Carbon Copy Cloner that runs on windows 10. I've moved from an iMac to Win box for my main editing machine but not familiar with the eco system of backup solutions.

Macrium Reflect free edition has always worked well for me.

I have heard good things about Acronis, but have never used it personally.
