Does anyone know of an easy way to 'Carbonize' Classic applications (so that they can be opened in OS X without running Classic Environment)? A simple drag-and-drop app would be preferable.
 
No Idea, but I'm interested in find out what others post.

There are some emulators out there, the only one I have tried is to run MacPlus software: vMac
