So I was trying to buy iCloud storage, and my it gave me this annoying "check payment info" message after entering my password. I go there and enter my payment info, my credit card. It gave me a "Card is declined" message. I went to my card supplier for support, they told me that nothing is wrong with my card and it has to be Apple.
Few questions:
1. What to do?
2. How do I change my billing address? Because my store is US but I don't live there (hence, my credit card is not US), I can't enter my current address somehow because it's locked on US states. I wonder if THAT'S the problem, and if I change it to where I live now it'll let me enter my card.
