I heard some terrors of peoples card getting rejected for the tax of the phone due to "fraudulent supposition buying from apple"

How common is this "issue"?

It happens unfortunately as some card issuers are sensitive to a random purchase going through at 3 am. You can call your card issuer and give them a heads up if you are worried. If it helps, I used a Citi credit card last year and had no issues.
