Card reader not working after fw update

Okay, i believe you, but then i could just plug the whole camera into the "kit" instead, then i wont have to take the card in and out all the time, even better, i dont need Cf card reader?

That's what Apple what us to do with the CCK. Bring your camera cable rather than card reader.

Camera cables are typically mini USB to normal USB. The camera connection kit has a USB connection.

Instead of taking the cf card out of the camera and into a card reader, and back into the camera again, u just plug the camera to the usb kit, i dont see why u need a second card reader then...

I never said you don't need a CCK. I said Apple wants you to plug the camera cable to CCK's USB rather than CCK>card reader. You obviously don't have a CCK. There are two hardwares in the kit (1: SD card reader; 2: USB).
