I use duck2go. If I want google I do to safari and type in www.google.com. If I want bing I use the edge browser.

Thank you for your input. I feel I will go back to DDG. Your point, what ever political view or point of interest I can scroll past or click. My main point was also the censorship they were caught doing. Have not installed BING on my computer as I am not a MS or Google fan. Thank you!
I prefer no default search engine, and the phone/ipad/mac asks you when you first open Safari. It would be really simple.
Regardless, I don't want Google or Bing; I stick with DDG..I don't search for anything political on any search engine, so their supposed slant doesn't affect me.

Evidently, a bit of anger was brought forward in my question as your replies suggest. I do realize Bing must be installed to utilize the AI. My tendency is MS can be invasive. No reason for the hostility.
