I have a feeling that our problems are nothing to do with CPW, but are actually the result of O2's inefficiency. I bought from the Apple Store on launch night and, as I have mentioned before, I was unable to port at the time of activation because of a computer glitch. I then had to wait until Monday morning to speak to customer services. They promised that my number would transfer on Friday. Guess what?Weird, I assume my number is in the throws of being transferred (I was told Monday) because when I log in to my account, I don't now see my iPhone account but my old O2 account I had last year, before transferring over to T-mobile!
That's right: Nothing at all!
So now I have to wait until Monday to try again. I'm sorry to say that O2 are totally useless.
Incidentally, do they always send a text to confirm when the port is to take place, because I've received nothing?
