Who, what or how does Apple determine whether a app can be used via Carplay.
I suppose it needs to meet certain restictions when in carplay.

I hardly ever use CP, but just because IOS10 rolled out, I connected via CP just to see..

Spotify is there.

But not my usual go-tos, like Waze of Google Maps.....
