When I get in my car and attach my iPhone (7 plus latest iOS 10.2.1) as soon as everything for CarPlay loads it will switch whatever I am listening to (usually a song I like on S/XM or Apple Music) over to pandora which I rarely ever use. I switch back to what I was listening to and next time I get in my car same thing. It just started doing this a few weeks ago and I was hoping it would stop but it continues to do it. Is there a way besides deleting the app that I can stop this?

It started happening to me on Saturday also. I don't know of any fix. After the third time, I just deleted the Pandora app to get rid of the annoyance. I rarely used it anyway so it didn't matter.

Also, I use the 10.3 public beta, so I don't think it has anything to do with iOS or it would only be happening to one of us. Maybe a pandora app glitch?

This is one of my biggest beefs with CarPlay: NO USER SETTINGS. CarPlay does what it wants to do and there's not much that can be done. Delete the Pandora app to get it to stop auto play? Ridiculous!

Opening Facebook messages app activates Apple Music via CarPlay. Are you serious? WHY would opening a MESSAGING app trigger a MUSIC app?!?

My issue is this:
I arrive at my destination. Pause my music. Disconnect the lightning cable. Turn car OFF. What happens? The phone connects via bluetooth and starts playing the music again! What part of STOPPED car doesn't this understand?!? Solution is to disable bluetooth? Ridiculous!

We seriously NEED more granular control over this.
