CarPlay CarPlay Playing Music Library Only

CarPlay is only playing what’s in my phone and not Apple Music and it always says “At it…” before playing as if I’m not connected to the internet. I believe this started happening when I updated to iOS15. Tried to reset a few things but nothing worked.

Is anyone else experiencing this and if you know a fix? Thanks y’all!

And you're sure cellular data is enabled for Apple Music? I get a message that might be similar, but I expect it because I keep Spotify cellular data turned off, and just rely on downloaded playlists.
