Carrier ID After Blacksn0w?

I've been holding off updating from 3.0 because I actually need the carrier ID to work. (I often go up near the Canada-US border and want to know if I'm on T-Mo or Rogers!!)

Is this issue resolved with Blacksn0w?

(I have two iPhones, a 2G & a 3G waiting ...)

Pretty sure with RC3 its resolved.
