As soon as I updated the carrier settings on my 5s, Personal Hotspot became a prime option under Settings. Before, you first had to access the Cellular settings to get to it.
 
when since did baseband firmware = carrier settings version?

u title the thread carrier update for AT&T, then list the version of ur baseband which changes sometimes between ios builds only..

Carrier setting was also updated to 23.1, you still have a good point though.
 
Still no native IPv6 over LTE. :(

I wonder what the holdup is? The phone is assigned an IPv6 address already that's being used for VoLTE. It's just not usable for anything else.

That's been that way for a while. A carrier update isn't going to do that.
