Carrying No Wallet Only Apple Watch 3 LTE & Apple Pay

I don’t do it intentionally but if I did have only the watch I could easily get buy for a day. I know of a few places that take Apple Pay, it’s a little cumbersome but you can text or talk on it. Trader Joe’s for groceries. It wouldn’t be a total replacement but if I realized I left my phone and wallet at home half way to work I would just keep driving and smile a little.
 
And that day has come. A combination of wider Apple Pay knowledge from retailers and the adoption of non contact measures due to COVID means that I am totally wallet free now. I still take my phone 90% of the time for media consumption, but from a payment POV, the watch suffices. Haven’t really handled cash for 18 months now, rarely if ever use a card. Joy.

Now, about that passport…..
 
I could totally do that here in the uk. I only carry my purse because it’s where I keep my keys but I always use Apple Pay on my watch.
 
My tesla key is my iphone. so I only carry my iphone in my pockets.
Most places I go to accept Apple pay. One old school leather seamstress only takes cash. :(
