Carrying Over iTunes From PC To Mac

Hey!

What exactly (other than my music, movies, apps) do I need to copy over from my old PC, to my new Mac (love it so much!). Also, where exactly do I need to (or should) put all these documents? All I want to do is re-create my iTunes that was on my PC (and I don't want to lose my saved files on my apps).

Once I had my old PC drive hooked up to the new MBP, I just pointed iTunes to the old music folder and told it to add to library... I wasn't sure if it would build the library correctly if I just moved the files.
