Buying online is not an option. Any international incoming packages get heavily taxed upon arrival.

So my options are locally sourced parts.

G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8G) F3-1600C10D-16GSQ
Cas Latency 10

and

Kingston HyperX 16GB (2 x 8G) KHX16S9P1K2/16
Cas Latency 9

Would the faster CAS Latency of 9 justify the price difference of $55? Will be installing this in the 2012 iMac and late 2011 MBP.

CAS latency is (at its extreme basic) how quickly the computer talks to your ram. Lower is always better, but you're talking about a difference of 1 millisecond, so...

Pick whichever makes you feel better.
