so i finally went out and got the rMBP 15 :)

im stuck between getting either a case or a sleeve. i'm leaning more towards the sleeve because i can just throw it in any of my bags whenever im going out but i just realized that my backpack that im currently using as a laptop compartment that will fit the macbook.

ive been looking at a few cases and sleeves and have come down to these few:

    uncommon deflector case:

    incase protective sleeve deluxe:

    herschel sleeve:

those are the few i've narrowed it down to. if you have any info or experiences with these, feel free to comment
if there are anymore i should consider, please let me know :)

Don't use a case. All I've had is bad experiences with them. I've tried the incipio, moshi, speck and all are bad. Speck was the worst and pitted my laptop at the bottom just only having the case on for one night! And yes I did a major ocd clean to ensure no dust or particles were on the rMBP or case before I installed it. I even used a air duster can to blow out any left over dust that may have been left on the case and mbp.

I ended up going with the Thule 15" Sleeve for MacBook Pro. It works really well , I would go towards a sleeve rather than a case. Because once you Pitt or scratch your macbook you can't go back :(

I've had it for over 8 months now and nothing was scratched or pitted on it until I used a case! Which it's primary purpose was to stop such things from occurring.
