Case Help....

Hello all..

Looking for the following type case:

Pockets
Ability to put a note pad on one side

More like a business organizer but you can put your iPad in it also.

I have been searching and the only ones I am finding are in the 120-150 price range. Looking for something a little cheaper.

Any suggestions?
