Case-Mate Changed the ID Case

So I got my ID Case today and there was a couple things I notice

-The packaging is different Its like a carton
-They include a back protector, but not a static one but rather a zagg type
-And for some reason there was also a poppy plant inside..

i've been looking at this case but had a question on the feel of it. Is it a soft touch like the Incase Snap Black? I love the feel of that one but didnt know if this ID case was the same feel or not.
