Case program app doesn't work?

So finally get my iphone4 (thanks vodafone for the £308 purchase price 🙄 )

downloaded the case program app - hit get started log in to my itunes account then for a millisecond choose your bumper pops up then I get a blank screen 😕 which stays there forever - Surely I'm not doing anything wrong? Or is it from sheer weight of numbers?
