I just love the way an iPhone 6 feels without a case on it. Right now I'm at work, and i have the naked phone sitting on the table, and i'm still impressed with it... even after a year and some...

Won't even second-guess taking it out of the house without a case on, though.

So to answer my own question, I pull mine out as soon as i get home.

Mine stays in a very thin case from Sedio called the surface. It gives it a grippy surface to hold onto. The iPhone is way to slippery to carry naked for me. I am not so interested in how "pretty" it is as it is a tool that I do not want to have to worry about dropping it all the time.

I use the Apple black leather case on my 6s Plus. This is the first case that I rarely feel the need to take off.

I've had a lot of cases over the years and this one beats them all. IMO it enhances the look/feel of the phone instead of compromising it. It's thin and light, durable, looks great, fits the phone perfectly, and does very well to protect the phone from moderate drops. I've dropped my device around 4 times including two hard hits on the corners, and the case took all the damage with no effect on the device at all.

It's a costly case, but I bought mine with my 6 Plus and and moved it over to my 6s Plus when I upgraded, so it's lasting me through two devices.

I use both the Apple leather case or the Apple silicone case (I have two of them). But I remove it 2-3 times a week, every time I'm going to do some running (I have a sport case).
Naked ? Never... I'm too worried about possible damage that will affect resale value.

Mine only comes out of it's case when I'm putting it into a new case (I get bored with my cases and buy a new one every 4-5 months). I'm clumsy and don't trust myself with a naked phone!

Mine is always in a thin clear case, except for about once a week when I take it out to fully polish it up with my beloved Whoosh! cloth. Then it goes right back in the case.

I put my 6s plus in an Otterbox Defender and use it as a GPS when I hike around the woods (pretty much every day). Was out in the rain with it today.

Recently I've been leaving it in the Otterbox more, although the 6s+ looks like a tablet in that big case. I don't really mind, it feels solid. I have a slimmer case with no screen protector for everyday use, but I also like it without a case.

Never since installing the K11. Feels like a naked iPhone with it.

I use the phone naked sometimes. I'm less worried about resale value since being on the annual upgrade thing. Then I always end up putting the black leather case on it. I also use a blue UAG sometimes too.

I take it out at least every other day to wipe it. My wife never removes her case and she's got little scratches and marks from grit that gets in there grinding away over time.

When I take it out to wipe it, I'm usually home, and I give it some "air time". Some time to be free. I get to get down to the raw device in the safety of my living room for a while.

Out of the house though, it's always covered.

Once I found my favorite case, I bought it in 3 different colors, and I take the phone out of the case and change colors probably once a month, but it always resides in a case.

How is the grippiness of that case?
The grip, or lack of, is one of the most important features of this case. It has kind of a very fine sandpaper feel to it, and ribs that make for very good grasp and secure feeling while handling the phone, but at the same time, it doesn't stick to clothing, so it's very easy to remove from pockets etc.
