I emailed them back for a replacement but they probably respond tomorrow. I'm actually using the defective case and removed it a couple times already. No issues but just hard to push in.

Weezite - it was just one issue with the Glider case, so they are either refunding or replacing for people who bought it before they changed the fit.
There was another post about this where the OP got offered a free replacement or his money back and he got to keep the defective case.
