Has anyone that replied to Casecrown with their preference of a replacement or refund heard back from the company?
 
Why is Casecrown offering refunds/exchanges? I've been waiting for their electric green snap on case to be available. Are the cases defective?
 
Not yet. I asked for a refund.

Probably not until tomorrow considering today is Sunday.

Weezite - it was just one issue with the Glider case, so they are either refunding or replacing for people who bought it before they changed the fit.
 
I emailed them back for a replacement but they probably respond tomorrow. I'm actually using the defective case and removed it a couple times already. No issues but just hard to push in.

Same here, it's just a tight fit. I replied to the email and have not received a response.
 
There was another post about this where the OP got offered a free replacement or his money back and he got to keep the defective case.

I believe it's only the Lux gliders that have the issue of being tight. I am using a cali and bonbon glider with screen protectors and they fit fine.

Right. That's the email they sent out. I sent them a reply and I'm waiting on a reply (to my reply) :)
 
I bought the Snap Lux (one-piece) and like it very much. Just fits over the back and sides. Will not scratch the phone and the case seems to be scratch resistant too!
 
I received an email yesterday and requested a refund last night. The refund was received this morning.

I got the Incipio Frequency case instead.
 
I never got the email, but I sent them an email last night requesting a replacement. Still waiting on a response.
 
I got a reply to my reply today. Very nice customer service.
