Cases and keyboard covers for 2008 MBP??

Is it still possible to find cases (shell-type) and keyboard covers for the 2008 (pre-unibody) MacBook Pro? Do you know of any websites that still carry them?

I have a '08 15"mbp too. keyboard palm rest has deteriorated and I need a new cover...
