Hi
I have just ordered this of Amazon

I returned the Bokeer Magnetic Case because it made the Mini too bulky and it didn't quite fit right. I'm going to get the Apple folio -- expensive, but likely the lightest there is and it'll be guaranteed to fit.

i received the Zugu case today. for me it was worth the wait. i tried the ztotop case that is very similar. the Zugu just has a more premium feel and look to it. i like the pocket on the back to store the apple pen. since i rarely use it, it doesn't have to be constantly charging. the cover also allows for the iPad to fold back even further, which i find more comfortable for lap typing.

I use the case that I order from China. I prefer case with built-in stand and no cover.

I received the Zugu cover for the iPad Mini 6th gen and its exactly what I needed. I have the Zugu on my iPad Pro 11 and am accustomed to the benefits this case provdes for me. The case adds weight to the mini but for me this is inconsequential.

Got the Timovo cover, look and feel the same as Apple smart cover (minus the logo on the back) for quarter of the price. The only ‘issue’ I have is that I ordered black color and instead its more like dark gray, but thats fine.

anyone know of a leather case for the mini 6 similar to iphone leather cases that covers the back and sides only? I can't seem to find one anywhere. thanks

I have been waiting for vaja cases to have their case back in stock. Have been using their grip case since mini5. Expensive but top notch in terms of quality.

I hate trifolds so I got this magnetic cover and love it.

I have this case also. It is great for home use or protecting the iPad in a bag etc.

I do prefer and default to the Ztotop Premium Magnetic case that I referenced earlier in this thread. I highly recommend it!

Does anyone have this case?

I LOVE the Caudabe Sheath case for my iPhone. But they don't make iPad cases. Does anyone know of a minimal case like the Caudabe Sheath for the iPad Mini 6? I don't want any front cover, just a minimal case for grip and basic protection.

I got myself the same Timovo magnetic cover others have mentioned, unfortunately it has a pretty major drawback in that it stops my Pencil from charging, I suspect there’s some tiny bit of overhang at the edges that pushes the Pencil off the charging point a tiny but significant amount. it looks nice but is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

I have the Apple folio for the mini 6, but I really feel that it is way overpriced for what it is and I am thinking of returning it, I have until January the 8th to decide.
Get Timovo cover instead, look and feel the same as Apple smart cover for quarter of the price.

Funny enough, I always use iPhones in cases and iPads naked.
The only reason I used a case on my iPad is because it just seemed too slippery without it. I felt like I had to hold it too tight, especially when trying to view content. A very minimal case cured this for me.

I just wish Caudabe made iPad cases. The one I use on my iPhone is perfect.

Apple smart folios on my iPad mini (purple/purple) and iPad Pro (orange/silver).

They’re crazy expensive but they’re light, the fit is precise, they look good, and you can get educational discount on them.

I highly recommend this case from Ztotop:

I had the same for my 12.9". Lasted me 4-5 years easily and is still in very good shape today. It basically allows me to:
- Have a loop more secure for the Apple Pencil
- Also allows not to constantly charge the Apple Pencil for no reason
- Has a pocket to put business cards or something very small
- Offers a good protection for the corners
- The handle on the inside allows you to hold the iPad with one hand while writing on it (which I couldn't do with my 12.9" due to its weight)
- Quality vs price ratio is very good

That's the winner
