i tried my old incipio feather and it works perfectly. the opening for the mute switch and volume is huge. not sure why they said it wouldn't work.
bump it icarbons.com now has the side strip for the verizon iphone4 available !!! check them out, they even have a wrap for the apple tv..think I might pick it up too it looks kweel..

How's the headphone jack, do your earphones fit?

Aren't the chages so slight that most cases will work perfectly and all cases will work but with a minor compromise? 
incipio feather still works fine despite the headphone jack and secondary mic moving.

Do you find it to be a snug fit? Like, too snug?
I just purchased the same InCase slider at Best Buy, however now I can't seem to take the case itself off of the iPhone and it's driving me InSane.
Appreciate the input, so basically a non issue with the headphone jack and mic.

Nope doesn't seem to be, carbon reports that the volume buttons are slightly moved but i don't see it they look dead on to me under my sgp bumper and everything looks good IMO

Guys, will the older SGP New Hybrid case (the one with the soft back) fit the Verizon iphone?
I do not like the EX model with no back at ALL. Who wants a case with no back?
If I could fit the Verizon iphone in a white New Hybrid case with the white back I'd be a happy dude!!
Anyone know for sure?

Not positive but my guess yes it should work if the ex version works. And who wants no back on a case? Think about this, who wants to cover up such a beautiful device? I love bumper style cases, better yet, I love using NO case! It's a beautiful phone that doesn't deserved to be covered up IMO. But everyone has their own preference.
will the icarbon white carbon fiber back mess up the back of the iphone if you ever decide to remove it?
Hm, really? I bought the Pixelskin from the Apple store two days ago and the mute switch is being pushed (slightly) by its cutout. Basically, the cutout is too high for the VZW version, and when it fits onto the phone, the case hugs the switch and pulls it up. Wasn't crazy about that.
Yours works differently? Where did you get it?
