Catalina on 2012 MBA

Has anyone tried Catalina on a 2012 Macbook Air (5,1)? That has been my test machine and it's currently running Mohave.

Don’t push it! Besides Catalina drop 32 bit apps so you have to check your apps first!

I run Mojave for safety. Mba 2017 (only slightly cpu diff from 2012), mbp 2014

Runs fine on my 2013. Hardly any hardware difference to the 2012.

As I said, this is my test machine. I use it to check out new versions of macOS before putting it on computers I'm actively using. Looking at replacements for 32-bit apps and trying them out on Catalina is one of the things I need to start doing. I'm wanting to know if there are issues running Catalina on this older hardware before I jump.

My i5/4/256 5,1 runs Cat surprisingly well. It GB5 about 1400. If you don't need 32 bit apps I would go for it.
